The arc flash point sensor are used to detect light emited by the arc and inform the unit to activate an emergency trip. By using the optic fiber principle, these sensors have a high reaction time to indicate faults. These elements can be installed at different location within an enclosure to have a precise position, faster detection of the fault. Components are halogen free. The sensor end is shielded. The point sensor is connected to a 20m fiber. Can be mounted within a closed space, or enclosure. Z-shaped mounting plate for sensor is available, REL52828, or L-Shaped, REL52829.
